Team Herr already had established a presence in the real estate world in Cincinnati, OH. They did not have a well-established brand identity. From there I developed the brand design identity and all collateral assets across the brand.

TEAM HERR LOGO DESIGN
New Logo - In the real estate world there are certain requirements that involve locking up the broker with the name of the firm, such is the case here. The Team Herr logo on its own however combines a strong font with dynamic handwritten font for what they want to portray, passion motivation and experience
MARKETING ASSET LIBRARY
Team Herr did not have a specified brand design when it came to making announcements or social postings…I fixed that. Everything from social media to digital and print was included in the brand overhaul which frequently gets rave reviews by industry peers and competition.
